Welcome to our Community!
Imagine a place where a walk around the lake begins at your front door. Imagine a place where “Main Street” is just down the street. And, imagine a place where front-porch, hometown living is right in the heart of downtown Temecula, that is the vision that Lennar created for Harveston and what the Merit Team has made a reality for the homeowners within Harveston.
Currently, Harveston consists of approximately 1500 homes with the projected build out of 1,900 homesites. The focal point of Harveston is the Lake House, which offers an 8,000 square foot facility comprised of the Terrace room which is used for events as small as birthday parties to large scale weddings, the “yoga room”, craft room, pool pavilion, Jr. Olympic pool, large spa and splash park. The Lake House staff offices are onsite at the Lake House located at 29005 Lake House Road.
The Harveston Community Council (HCC), is a non-profit organization lead by Lennar Representatives in an effort to bring neighbors together by providing Community driven events and programs. HCC sponsors approximately 1 event a month, targeting various age groups within the community. Some of Harveston’s annual “signature events” include a, Fall Harvest Festival, Visits with Santa, Spring Celebration, Summer Pool Side Music and Kids craft day. In addition, HCC sponsors Community Clubs and Classes and supports our local Boy Scout Troop 303.
Nestled in the heart of Temecula, Harveston offers Lennar’s Vision of LIVE IN TOWN. Harveston has two City parks and an Elementary School, Day Care Facility and Assisted Living Facility within their development, the local High School is just outside of the Community and it is minutes away from the ever growing shopping district and restaurants Temecula has to offer. Truly a LIVE IN TOWN FEEL.
